Crypto is one of the most-discussed and least-understood topics on the internet. Most explanations are either too technical for beginners or written by someone trying to sell you something.
Plainly Crypto exists to fix that. Beginner-friendly guides that explain how crypto actually works, in plain English, without hype, jargon, or shilling.
What we cover
- Crypto Basics — how cryptocurrencies work, blockchain explained simply, common terms
- Buying & Storing Crypto — how to buy safely, wallet options, security
- Understanding the Market — cycles, indicators, what actually moves prices
- Coin Explainers — clear breakdowns of major cryptocurrencies
- News — important crypto developments, explained without the noise
Who’s behind this
Plainly Crypto is written and maintained by Mukesh, who’s been using cryptocurrency since 2017 and wanted a resource that explains things the way a patient friend would — not the way crypto Twitter does.
How we approach content
- Nothing on this site is financial advice. We explain how things work and what to consider; what to do with your money is up to you.
- No paid posts or sponsored content disguised as editorial. If something is sponsored, we’ll say so.
- Affiliate links are clearly disclosed. We earn a commission on some exchanges and hardware wallets we link to. We only link to products we’d recommend anyway, and our reviews aren’t influenced by commission rates.
- We update articles as the space evolves. Crypto moves fast; outdated info is misleading info.
